How Your Equipment Ships
Thank you for your order. Large equipment doesn't ship in small boxes. Because of the size and weight, your order arrives securely packed on a pallet and delivered by a professional freight carrier. Here's exactly what to expect.
The Shipping Process
Order Processing
Your equipment is picked from our warehouse, carefully inspected, and palletized. Each piece is secured with industrial shrink wrap and banding straps to prevent any movement during transit.
Carrier Pickup
TForce Freight picks up your pallet from our distribution center. At this point you'll receive a PRO tracking number and can monitor your shipment in real-time on this tracking page.
In Transit
Your shipment moves through the national freight network. Depending on the distance, it may transfer between terminals. Transit typically takes 2–5 business days, though exact timing depends on your location.
Delivery Appointment
When your shipment arrives at the local terminal, the carrier or our team will contact you to schedule a delivery window. Someone 18 or older must be present to receive and sign for the delivery.
Curbside Delivery
The driver will lower your pallet to the ground at your curb or driveway using a liftgate. Standard LTL delivery is curbside only — the driver is not able to bring the pallet inside or up stairs.
What to Expect on Delivery Day
- You'll be given a delivery window (typically a 4-hour window)
- The driver will call approximately 30 minutes before arrival
- An adult (18+) must be present to sign for the delivery
- The driver will use a liftgate to lower the pallet to ground level
- Delivery is to the curb unless inside delivery is arranged with us beforehand
- Have a clear path for the driver to access your delivery area
Inside Delivery
What is Inside Delivery?
Standard LTL freight delivery is curbside only. If you need your equipment brought to the front of or inside your garage, you can request inside delivery as an additional service.
- Equipment is delivered to the front of or inside your garage
- Must be requested before your delivery date
- Inside delivery costs a flat $48 fee
- Inside delivery is to the front of or inside your garage only — does not include inside the home, stairs, assembly, or unpacking
Inspect Your Shipment
Important: Inspect Before Signing
Before signing the delivery receipt (Bill of Lading), carefully inspect the packaging for any signs of damage.
- If packaging is damaged: Note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Write "damaged" or "possible damage" next to your signature.
- Take photos of any external damage to the packaging and the product inside.
- If product is damaged: Contact us within 48 hours at support@betterbodyequipped.com with photos and your order number.
- Signing "clear" (without noting damage) may affect our ability to file a freight claim on your behalf.
